Dom Glavach is the Chief Information Security Officer at Black Duck, and leads the global security strategy across enterprise security, GRC, product security, and AI security and governance. He works closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to embed security, resilience, and responsible AI governance throughout the company’s operations and the platforms and intelligence delivered to customers.

With more than 20 years of cybersecurity leadership experience, Dom has led security programs across high-growth SaaS companies, regulated industries, and national defense environments. His experience shapes his pragmatic approach to secure engineering, operational resilience, audit readiness, and responsible AI adoption. A recognized leader in cybersecurity workforce development, Dom is the author of the CyberSN Job Taxonomy, an adjunct professor of cybersecurity at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a frequent speaker on modern CISO leadership, cyber workforce risk, and AI-enabled defense.
