Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) is a transport protocol originally designed to transport PSTN signaling messages over IP networks. The protocol may be used for transporting other applications as well, and it offers reliable message-based in-order transport of user data to the applications. This test suite is intended for testing the robustness and reliability of any SCTP implementation acting in server role.
